Mr. Aviraj Chatterjee is a CCA Certified Career Counsellor by Edumilestones, who is passionate about guiding young minds. He is Btech from Nirma University, Ahmedabad & has worked in Indian companies like Larsen & Toubro Ltd. as well as fortune 500 companies like Fluor Corporation, McDermott Engineering. He is a Google Certified Digital Marketer as well.

He starts his life in small-town , middle class India where he grew up primed to be an Engineer, aware of few careers like Medical, Engineering, Law etc. He had himself experienced the Engineering/MBA Competition & Ratrace everybody going through without being aware his own strengths & the possibility of other thousands of career options. Students are being stressed & depressed due to failures happened in Competition. Worst part is, this process is still the same in all schools & colleges from last 25-30 years.

With almost 10 years of Work- Experience, Mr Aviraj felt that there is huge Gap between Corporate Expectations & Employee skillset. Students are doing education only for the sake of getting degrees without acquiring proper skillset required by the Corporates due to lack of Proper Career planning.

We believe that every individual possesses a unique inherent skill set needed for growth and once that is identified it can work wonders with them. We possess excellent leadership qualities and has been a very active member of various groups in creating career awareness and is highly connected and has a huge network.
